The ACC Group offers clients different facets of coaching and consulting services to aid in new understandings of how we can improve leadership and performance and respond to our collective challenges, with greater resilience and adaptability.

The ACC Group began in Singapore in 2012 as Alignment Coaching & Consulting, working with executives and teams on leadership skills and performance management, speaking on issues of sustainability leadership, supporting cultural transformations, resolving conflicts within and beyond the judicial system and improving health and well-being. 

The HealthAdventure as a concept began even prior to that, focusing on regenerating the natural relationships we have to ourselves, each other and nature. Over time, Breaking-the-Circuit developed as an exploration of the systemic challenges we face, their complexities and our possible responses.

The practice is based in human compassion and insight development for change and transformation, but our experience spans the numbers driven world of finance, capital markets, law, academia, and organizational and human performance.

The ACC Group is founded on the idea that doing the right things, holding right relationships, and delivering right results leads to a better world for everyone.
